Our work is personal. Behavior Technicians and RBTs spend significant one-on-one time with learners and become an important part of their treatment team. We’re looking for people who can build relationships, follow clinical programming carefully, communicate well, document their work accurately, and stay focused on the individual behind the treatment plan.
