About These Terms
These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of https://chasingyourdreamsaba.com (the “Website”), operated by Chasing Your Dreams LLC, known as Chasing Your Dreams ABA (“CYD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website provides information about Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) services, the intake process, insurance requirements, and careers, and allows you to contact our team.
By using the Website after receiving reasonable notice of these Terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. If you act for another person or organization, you must have the authority needed for that interaction.
These Terms apply to the public Website. They do not replace informed consent, a treatment plan, a clinical service agreement, financial policies, employment documents, or a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Those documents and applicable law govern the matters they address. Using the Website or submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish a provider–patient relationship or enroll a learner in services.
Health Information and Emergencies
Website content is general educational information. It is not an individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for advice from a qualified health care professional who knows the learner. CYD does not diagnose autism. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of Website content.
The Website and general inquiry channels are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. For an emergency or immediate danger, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care. Existing clients should use the communication procedures provided by their care team for treatment questions.
Descriptions of ABA, goals, progress, or possible benefits do not guarantee a particular result, level of improvement, or timeframe. Treatment recommendations depend on an individual assessment and may change with the learner’s needs and progress.
Using the Website
The Website’s inquiry features are intended for adults, including parents, legal guardians, authorized caregivers, referring professionals, and job applicants. If you submit information about a learner or another person, you must have the authority or other lawful basis to do so. Provide accurate information and only the details reasonably needed for your inquiry.
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Impersonate someone or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or authority to act for a learner.
- Submit spam, malware, fraudulent inquiries, or material intended to disrupt the Website or harm others.
- Access nonpublic systems, accounts, or information without authorization or bypass security controls.
- Use automated tools to collect personal information or place an unreasonable load on the Website.
- Copy, resell, or commercially exploit Website content without permission, except as allowed by law.
These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
Inquiries and Information You Submit
Our Get Started form requests contact information and limited information about a learner, including age, county, autism diagnosis status, insurance provider, and service interests. You may also provide a message and a preferred contact method. Submit only what is needed to discuss the next step.
Do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, passwords, insurance member numbers, full diagnostic evaluations, school records, or detailed medical records through a general inquiry form or ordinary email. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method if records are needed. Information submitted through an inquiry may be sensitive or protected health information; its legal protections are not reduced because it was submitted online.
By submitting an inquiry, you ask us to review it and respond, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You retain ownership of materials you submit and grant only the permission needed to handle your request. Submission does not grant permission to publish your information, use it as a testimonial, or use a learner’s image for marketing.
We will confirm any assessment, appointment, or service arrangements separately. An inquiry does not guarantee a response within a particular time, acceptance into services, a place on a waitlist, or a start date.
Children and Guardian Inquiries
The Website is intended for adults, not for independent use by children. A parent, legal guardian, or other person with appropriate authority should submit inquiries concerning a minor. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information directly through the general inquiry form.
If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate authorization, or you wish to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the Website, contact us using the information below. We will review requests under applicable law, including any obligations to maintain clinical, business, or other legally required records. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.
Service Availability and Insurance
CYD describes services in home, school, and community settings within its North Carolina service area. Availability depends on location, clinical appropriateness, scheduling, staffing, required documentation, insurance authorization, and other individual circumstances. A listed county or service setting does not guarantee availability for a particular learner.
Insurance information is general and may change. Network participation, eligibility, covered benefits, medical necessity requirements, prior authorization, service limits, and family financial responsibility vary by plan. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage, authorization, or payment. Contact CYD and your health plan to confirm current requirements.
Any estimate of how long intake or authorization may take is an estimate. Services begin only after the applicable assessment, consent, documentation, authorization, and staffing arrangements are complete.
Fees, copayments, deductibles, cancellations, missed appointments, and other financial obligations, if applicable, are addressed in separate documents provided for your review. These Website Terms do not independently impose treatment charges or cancellation fees.
Careers
Career descriptions and benefit summaries are provided for general information. Openings, qualifications, benefits, and hiring needs may change and may vary by position and employment status. Sending an inquiry or résumé does not guarantee an interview or offer and does not create an employment contract.
Applicants should provide accurate information and avoid including client records or other people’s confidential information in application materials. Any offer, screening authorization, or employment terms will be addressed separately.
Ownership and Permitted Use
The Website’s text, designs, graphics, logos, software, and other content belong to CYD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You may view, download, or print reasonable portions for personal use, family care discussions, or internal evaluation of our services, keeping ownership notices intact. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial redistribution or use of our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement. Nothing here limits fair use or other rights provided by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Website information and related inquiries. Where information is subject to HIPAA or other health privacy laws, those laws and the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices also apply. Restricting Access

Restricting Website access does not itself terminate clinical services. You may stop using the Website at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership and applicable dispute provisions, survive the end of Website use.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to a jury trial or any other nonwaivable right.

Changes to These Terms

General Provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms constitute the agreement concerning use of the public Website, subject to any additional agreement that expressly applies to the interaction.
